Peer Syed Mudassir Shah, Chairman of the Sufi Council, has strongly condemned the recent terrorist attack on the diplomatic convoy in Swat Valley, which resulted in the tragic death of a police officer and left three others injured. He expressed deep sorrow over this cowardly act of violence, targeting diplomats and law enforcement officers who were engaged in fostering peace, cultural exchange, and international cooperation.

“The diplomats and their families were on an important visit to strengthen bonds of friendship between nations, and this attack is a direct assault on those efforts. The loss of life and injuries to those safeguarding this mission is a tragedy that deeply affects us all,” he said.

He reaffirmed the Sufi Council’s unwavering commitment to peace, unity, and the fight against terrorism, stating, “Such violent actions seek to destabilize our region, but they will not deter us from pursuing harmony and security for all.
